# 8Muse

> An adult manga and doujinshi catalog with over 1.2 million galleries, browsable by tag, artist, language and content type. Access is restricted to adults; all depicted characters are 18 or older.

8Muse indexes gallery metadata — titles, artists, tags, languages, page
counts and cover images — and links each entry to its original source. Galleries
live at https://8muses.io/g/{id}, where {id} is the numeric gallery id. Listing pages
paginate at /page/{n}, and search accepts a `q` query parameter plus an
optional `lang` filter.

Content is refreshed automatically every few minutes, so /new is the best
starting point for recently added galleries. The API under /api/ is disallowed in
robots.txt and is not intended for agent traffic; the HTML pages listed below
carry the same information.
